[Fredslist] Worthy Cause for you runners: Dirty Sock Run

As a member of the Babylon Rotary, we help stock the local food pantries here in the Babylon area for those in need. As part of those efforts, we have a well organized race (non racers welcome as well) on August 19.  It's a 10K run and  for those who rarely travel east of Nassau, here is a chance to see the "country."  The race is from Babylon to Belmont Lake, all within a wooded scenic trail.
