I have a client who had a complete modification package being reviewed at BOA but the submission of their utility bill was several days late.  Thus, BOA denied the application in its entirety.  Since then, the utilty bill has been submitted and neither the single point of contact on that file, her supervisor, or her supervisor's supervisor will respond to phone calls or emails.  I find it frustrating that they refuse to complete the review due to a late utility bill submission (even though it was my client's fault).  I am looking to talk to anyone that may get this thing rolling again because I think they are good candidates.  Thanks to all in advance.
