This is dependent upon how much your wife and you go to the doctor.

If you go frequently, you want a plan that pays all.  ($460 a month for
both)
If you go infrequently, you want to save the premium from the above.  ($320
per month for both)

So, you first must look at your potential usage and then re-ask the
question.
