FRONT-END WEB DEVELOPER
Carol’s Daughter is seeking a Front-End Developer that understands the ASP.NET language. In this role you will be responsible for the development of the Carol’s Daughter Web Site. For this position, you will need to be a highly motivated, do-it-yourself individual, who can function well in both team and independent work environments. 
Specific responsibilities:
·       Develop, update, test  and maintain e-commerce web site
·        Provide HTML for marketing projects such as emails and facebook tabs
·        Investigate, analyze, document and resolve reported site defects
·        Collaborate with internal departments such as design, operations  and marketing
·        Resize and optimize web imagery
·        Provide technical guidance and brainstorm recommendations with the team
·        Write technical specifications and documentation
·        Keep current in the latest web development strategies and trends
Qualifications:
·         3-6 years experience with an e-commerce web  site
·         Expert in: ASP.NET, JQuery, JSON, AJAX, JavaScript, HTML, HTML 5, CSS,  XML
·         Experience with API integration, IIS Server  and Email source-code development (Cheetah Mail Platform a +)
·         Working knowledge of Flash, Photoshop, Illustrator
·         Familiarity with the following a plus:

o    Visual Basic.NET, VB.NET 
o    SQL Server 2005, SQL Server 2008, SQL Server 2000 
o    Microsoft Dynamics
o    Xcode, Cocoa Platform
·         Strong organization, communication and project management skills required to juggle multiple projects at a time.

e-COMMERCE MANAGER
Carol’s Daughter is seeking an e-Commerce Manager. In this role you will help to manage the carolsdaughter.com web site and all of the marketing channels that drive traffic to the site. For this position, you will need to be a highly motivated, do-it-yourself individual, who can take charge of a project and lead a team. 
Specific responsibilities:
·         Develop new drivers of qualified traffic to the site and raising overall visitors over time without negatively impacting conversion rate. 
·         Optimize and enhance existing online marketing efforts to drive traffic sales while building brand equity and awareness via marketing channels such as email, paid search, affiliate marketing, social media and SEO. 
·         Develop lifecycle and triggered campaigns
·         Plan and execute A/B tests on the site and via email
·         Conduct reporting and analysis for overall web site and the marketing channels
·         Manage vendor relationships for marketing channels
·         Work cross-functionally to manage projects; create calendars, collect assets, keep projects accurate and on time
·         Partner with internal teams such as Creative, Marketing, Customer Service, and Operations.
 

Qualifications:
·         5+ years experience in online marketing and ecommerce; retail experience, particularly in the beauty vertical a plus
·         Expertise in Excel, proficiency with Word, Powerpoint. HTML and/or Access a plus
·         A thorough and deep understanding of the online space and the opportunities within it
·         Must understand basic marketing fundamentals, content creation and integration, E-Commerce, marketing promotion and campaign development
·         Highly metrics driven with demonstrated ability to define clear quantitative objectives and persistently measure product performance against those objectives. 
·         Strong organization, communication and project management skills required to juggle multiple projects at a time.
