[Fredslist] Trademarks

The question is whether those applicants have bona fide intentions to use LINSANITY for specified goods/services or are they thinking to hold the mark hostage. If the latter, their applications have no such bona fide intention or use and can be cleared by a party who does have bona fide commercial use or bona fide intention to commercially use the mark.
