Hello Gotham,
A friend works in a small educational environment in NYC run by a married couple.  Several months ago the woman became quite enamored with my friend, which was met with resistance.  Unfortunately, this has resulted in less than optimal fall out for him, and obviously little option other than to suffer through.  There is no compliance or HR folk to speak with; he clearly needs an out but finding an appropriate next stop will be hard and he needs help and advice.

I know there is expertise out there!
