I’m recruiting for a client in NYC.  The role pays at least $60- 65K base + bonus + comprehensive benefits. Here is some background:  This company is a spin-off company, from the larger parent company,  in the business of retail mall development and property management.

Here is what they need  :Position:          Project Coordinator/Administrative Assistant

Core functions:

"              Primary liaison between SVP Leasing and leasing managers and representatives at the mall locations, as well as retailers

"              Performs high level administrative work including organizing complex travel schedules, managing expense reports, maintaining

SVP's complicated calendar

"              Researches and  analyzes constant flow of data related to retail sales, mall occupancy, tenant and lease issues

"              Helps prepare budgets, develops spreadsheets to track information

"              Acts as headquarters point person for entire leasing team.  Answers questions. Helps to maintain a constant flow of information  between

SVP and his field employees.

"              Responsible for supporting  national leasing efforts, executing portfolio review program, and initiating and maintaining tenant relations.

The right candidate for this job will have a very high energy level, strong technical skills, including a very solid working knowledge of EXCEL, great interpersonal skills, problem solving and coordinating ability.  College background is strongly preferred.
