[Fredslist] Friend needs help with repercussions of Stolen Identity

A friend of mine had his identity stolen 9 years ago and he has been
having major financial problems since, including taxes and whatnot. He
really needs help, do you happen to know anyone who does work in this
area, preferably pro bono? It might be a long shot, I know, but I
figured it couldn't hurt to ask.
