[Fredslist] Referral to a Medical Malpractice lawyer

 Request for my staff.  His stepfather was in a nursing home/convalescent care facility after
surgery.  He developed pneumonia, which weakened his heart.  Because of inadequate post-op care,
infection spread and he will require additional surgery.  Doctor's proposing surgery advised
them that malpractice was pretty clear cut.
