Dear Gotham - New York won the popularity poll - now help us once again to finish in the top 3 in the world. Our project utilizes unused NYC rooftops to create living spaces that do not adversely affect the environment. I will be going down to Washington DC Friday and will closely check out the competition, especially Josh's New Jersey entrant!
