qualified civil engineer with 2-5 years of experience.  Must have field
experience plus willing to travel. Auto CAD Civil 3D a requirement, as
well as excellent communication, organizational and client service
skills.  College GPA of 3.0, or better.  Having taken the fundamentals
of engineering or the professional engineering exams is a plus.
