will appear on this week's episode of "Selling New York", the HGTV reality show which airs locally on Time Warner Cable channel 64 at 9PM.  Please check your local listings for the channel near you, and please do tune in and watch.  More information about the show and schedule can be found at:

As Michael  watches and analyzes the show (which I quite enjoy), he  reminds himself that this is TV - this is entertainment; this is not real life; this is not real marketing; this is not necessarily good brokerage.  It is fun, however, and he's proud to participate in the program.  I expect that the listing I introduce will shine and steal the show!
 
Michael's client, the owner of the apartment, chose to rent it for a couple of years rather than sell it.  He intends to use Thursday night's TV episode to market the home when it returns for sale.  How much of a premium do you think a buyer will pay for a home that is a star?
