Attached please find the resume of Chad Issa.  Chad, who is an attorney in
Australia, is moving to New York and looking for a position as a paralegal
pending his completing the necessary steps to be admitted to the NYS Bar.

Chad currently works at Master Grocers Australia, a leading national
employer organization in Australia, as a workplace relations lawyer.  His
responsibilities include drafting, negotiation and review of contracts,
including collective bargaining agreements, and memoranda, and litigation
before administrative tribunals.  With his background and research and
writing skills Chad would be a great asset.
