[Fredslist] Need help on a workers comp problem!

My accountant suggested I could shelter some money ($5000) by putting my 17
year-old daughter on my home office payroll (I¹m normally a one-man band).
Talked to my insurance agent about workers comp and she felt it did not
apply to a relative in residence, already covered by my insurance. Now, a
nasty letter shows up from the state WC office saying I owe a penalty of
$32,000! 

Please help!
