Effective on March 1, new wage and hour rules take effect for the
hospitality/restaurant industry in New York.

On March 9, I will be presenting at a small roundtable discussion on Long
Island for restaurant owners and managers about these new rules.  There are
a few seats left at the table and I would be happy to save a seat for any
