[Fredslist] Looking for Housing Developments

Gotham:

We are working with a large finance company who is looking for tired housing
developments that could be bought and rehabbed and repositioned.
They are not afraid of the affordability factors and have over 90M sq ft of
space under management in the country.
If you know of any large or medium size portfolios that would be great.
Along the same vain if there are any 100+ unit properties that could be
purchased that would be good as well.
Lastly if there are any deals where a developer was underway, has some
equity in the deal and yet is stalled etc then that might also be of
interest.
