Hi Gothamites,

 

Much thanks to Perry, Gotham Westchester 1's caterer, event host and gift
basket magician!

 

I had recently placed a new tenant into their office space and I was invited
to attend their office opening celebration. I had completely forgotten the
event and scrambled from my office without a gift in hand. As I drove my
mind raced, "should I stop for a bottle of wine, etc. no no there's 20
people in the office that wouldn't do". then it hit me. Perry DiNapoli. I
swerved off Exit 6  - I 287 and rang the bell at Perry's hoping he be in -
he was - I asked if he had any pre-pared gift baskets - "of course" he said
with a smile. 5 minutes later I was on the road with a beautiful gift basket
which my client truly appreciated!
