[Fredslist] Anyone have a contact high up within Paychex?

Hello All,

I have a client who recently received a distribution from his company's 401k that is handled by Paychex.  I need to document that Paychex honored the distribution and direct-deposited the funds into his checking account.

I spoke to a clerk in Paychex's Rochester corporate office who said he would send me what I need - but it would take at least three days to process.  I'm hoping I can talk to someone higher in the food chain that can expedite my request.
