[Fredslist] Dental specialist needed

HI Gotham and Happy New Year,
I just had a very interesting client who is challenged with two issues
secondary to partial dentures in the back of her mouth. She feels that her
production of /s/ makes a loud whistle (I don't necessarily agree) and that
when she is talking her mouth "bubbles."  Her original dentist is in West
Virginia and told her there is nothing to be done. The concern is more the
bubbling at this point as that is quite disconcerting.

What she really needs is a "diagnostic" dentist who will trouble shoot and
try to figure out what is going on.  Any suggestions?
