Title: Software Implementation/Technical Project Specialist

Salary:$60-80K

*Description*:
The Technical Project Specialist will be working with both external clients
and internal software development and implementation teams to assist with
the facilitation of development projects and tasks. The right candidate
will have strong technical skills in order to quickly understand and
communicate client requirements, project progress and development tasks.
This is a great opportunity for a dynamic person looking to grow into roles
equivalent to a Project Manager or Business Analyst.

*Duties*:
-Gather requirements through direct interface with clients and potential
customers
-Assist in specification and budget analysis for proposed integrated
solutions
-Assist with time and resource management throughout the development
lifecycle
-Work closely with development teams to plan, perform, and maintain routine
product upgrades
-Track project deadlines and make sure that they are met

*Qualifications*:
-Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Management Information Systems,
Computer Science, or related field
-2+years of experience in related area preferred
-Knowledge of software development process and Agile methodology preferred
-Programming experience a plus
-Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in team atmosphere
-Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities
-Ability to work in a demanding and challenging environment
-Displays strong abilities to learn new technologies and acquire new skills
through independent study, professional training and senior team members
-Highly motivated, proactive personality
-have a professional background, and a thorough understanding of business
software in general.
