We have an immediate need for an arbitrator, who is a member of the American
Arbitration Association, who can help settle a partnership dispute between
my stepdaughter and her business partner regarding a jointly owned online
social media business.

This person must be:
(a) from New York City
(b) have knowledge or a specialty in Online disputes, especially related to
contractual shareholder agreements
(c) be well versed on unfair competition laws
(d)  know business law.
