[Fredslist] Need VERY reliable cleaning person or reasonable quality cleaning service-Manhattan midtown east

For my daughter, now that she is able to spend a day or two/week at her apt (about 600sf) midtown east. Disappointing experience with private individuals who have not been reliable so if you can vouch for someone who is or a quality service that is reasonable. Please let me know.
