Dear Community:
 
Seedco Financial Services, Inc. (Seedco Financial), a not-for-profit Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI), would like to announce the release of its Request for Expressions of Interest and Qualifications (RFQ) for its GOLS (Growth Opportunity Loans & Services) program.  This financing program targets small businesses in service sector.  Seedco lends to a wide array of businesses and nonprofit organizations situated in low- to moderate-income and traditionally underserved communities, as well as to such organizations that create jobs for low wage workers or otherwise support economic development for low wage workers or economically depressed communities.  Seedco Financial is looking for qualified experienced, highly motivated, vendors that wish to provide business assistance to small businesses in the following areas:
 
·    Marketing:  branding, design, advertising/media planning, website development.
·    Finance/Accounting:  bookkeeping and accounting systems development, price/cost analysis, other. 
·    Information Technology:  customer relationship management (CRM), enterprise resource planning (ERP), other.
·    Human Resources:  organizational development, recruiting/staffing, compensation.
·    Operations:  process flow mapping, systems integration. 
 
Please see the attached RFQ.  Electronic submissions should be sent to GOLS at seedco.org no later than Friday, October 29, 2010 at 5:00 p.m. If you have questions, please submit them in writing to GOLS at seedco.org.  Please note that any responses or clarifications provided to questions will also be provided to any other potential bidder via the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) section of the Seedco Financial website www.seedcofinancial.org.
