[Fredslist] Mentor Partnership Seminar

Deidre Siegel of Pear Core Solutions, a human resource firm and GC of
Suffolk, did an amazing job this morning guiding new and existing mentors
through the process of how to have a great mentor partnership arrangement. I
learned to take ownership about guiding my mentor partners better in best
approach and protocols to be most effective as a mutual exchange that brings
the best value and joy to the process. I encourage anyone interested in
participating to learn what I learned this morning.  It was fun,
interactive, and valuable.

 

I also challenge every mentor to bring their partner to a blood drive the
week of October 25 -30 that is convenient to them.  Take it one step further
and bring a Young Professional with you in the process. You will not only
have a real valuable oppty but all will give back something that saves
someone's life in the process.  What better way to celebrate what mentoring
offers.
