Dear Gotham Members,

 

A client had her health insurance terminated. She appealed for reinstatement
and that was denied. She has been told to appeal again. The health insurance
provider is United Health Care. If anyone has any contacts with United
Health Care or can otherwise help with the second appeal please contact me.
