[Fredslist] Cleveland: Medical and Housing contacts

Good afternoon everyone

My uncle, a NY resident, is currently at the Cleveland Cardiac Clinic with heart problems that the best experts in the country are stumped by.  They will not operate on him because he is going into kidney failure, and essentially told him to wait 6 weeks and come back when his body may be in better shap for surgery.  The situation is very grim, and he is not able to travel back to NY safely.

This is where Gotham may come in...does anyone have any contacts in Cleveland for short term housing or assisted living facilities?  I will also need to find a nurse to visit and check on him, though various members of our family will be taking turns going out to stay with him.

Any thoughts will be greatly appreciated!!
