[Fredslist] Deadline waived

Due to the tremendous amount of last minute requests we are waiving the 
deadline for the golf outing. We have room for about 6 more foursomes. 
Please go on the website, download the form, fill it out and pay by 
credit card online. The form has to be faxed to Fred's office. First 
come first served. You can also pay online for the dinner only.
