[Fredslist] Apt Lease to Take Over

Gotham:

 

I can't find the e-mails from those who were looking for apartments,
but...my office manager is moving in with his girlfriend and she needs
to have someone take over her lease.  Rent is $2,400; building is the
Cornithian, 401 E 34th, 11th floor.  Has a terrace, faces east, can see
the Empire State building, full time concierge, gym, etc., etc.

 

Any takers?  Any leads?  Have them e-mail me & I'll notify them -
