A client of mine, a large commercial baking facility in NJ, is looking for a
Production Manager.

 

Responsible for the production, efficiencies & labor attributed to a bread
line that runs 152 hrs/week.

There will be 4 supervisors and 80 union employees reporting to this person.

 

Experience in an automated commercial baking facility with yeast raised
products required. 

Understanding of dough formulations. 

Familiar with lean manufacturing methodology.
