[Fredslist] New Proposed Construction Group

We are looking forward to starting a Gotham NYC Construction niche 
networking
group with Gotham member Steve Goldstein as my Co Chair.  We envision this
group to be a mix of professionals who focus their expertise in the
construction arena and we are interested in determining indications of
interest.

Steve is a CPA and a partner at the accounting firm of Grassi and Co. 
where
they understand the unique challenges the construction industry faces as
well as the specialized set of accounting rules and tax regulations for 
the

Our vision for Gotham NYC Construction would be to have a NYC network team
that can be recognized as a solutions provider to the industry and to be a
referral source as well.

As stated, the purpose of this email is to gauge interest and 
qualifications
