Dear Gotham Members,

Thank you all for your fast, unflinching, and generous support for my
friend & her mother who had suffered an allergic reaction to a medicine and
the horrific chain of events that followed, leaving her with no brain
function, in a Bronx hospital with staff that didn't seem to care.  Enter
Gotham, starting with Ben Geizhals (at his son's wedding no less), and so
many more of you.  The strength of your combined efforts have enormously
improved the conditions for Jackie's mother and her family around her.  Her
mother remains in dire condition, but this morning Jackie's update read:

"I would like to thank all of you for your assistance. . . . My aunt, in
particular, was astonished with the difference in treatment my mother was
receiving. . . . I can't thank you enough for your assistance in helping us
with this issue."

You're all wonderful.  Thank you from me too.
