The apartment is on Bennett Ave and 188th St, 4 blocks from the 181st
and 190th A-train stations, 4 blocks from the 191st 1-train station, 1
block from a nice grocery store, and 4 blocks from Fort Tryon. It is on
the fifth floor of an elevator building with laundry and bike storage in
the basement. It was gut-renovated from the studs up when I moved into
it a few years ago. The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless
steel appliances and the bathroom is all white. Both rooms are separate
rooms and have windows. There are three large closets and a dining nook.
The apartment is about 375 sq ft and faces east and north. It gets a
glorious amount of sunlight.   $1250 per month. Preference for 2-3 year
lease. The building is pet-free.
