[Fredslist] Can anyone recommed someone in debt consolidation?

Hi along the network-
 
A friend of mine called me this morning to ask if I could recommend someone 
 to help him deal with his overwhelming credit card debt. This is not an 
area in  which I have any expertise. I have heard (without specific names or 
proof)  that there are a lot of companies / individuals out there in  the 
business of "debt consolidation"  that are less than  credible. 
 
Can anyone in Gotham make a knowledgeable recommendation to a person  or 
company that is good, dependable, etc.?  Do we have any Gothamites that  do 
this kind of work? Anyone outside of Gotham?
