[Fredslist] Seeking Roommate on CPW (August move-in)

Hi folks,

I am looking for a CLEAN, responsible, non-smoking individual to move in the
week of August 1st (flexible).  The room is cozy and comfortable, perfect
for a grad student or someone traveling light.  It is also mostly furnished
(AC included) with 2 windows and enough space for an additional bookcase or
dresser, if needed.

I am looking for a friendly, outgoing person with a reliable income to share
a very positive environment.  The term is flexible and the rent is $925/mo
or $250/wk.  

The building is on Central Park West between 104 & 105.  There is an
elevator and laundry in the basement.  The building is 1 block from the B/C
trains (103rd st) and Central Park is across the street.

Hoping for some wonderful Gotham magic here!
