Thanks to Deidre and Dan for a terrific presentation today on Empathy in  
the Workplace, as everyone in attendance agreed.   Included  were scientific 
explanations of many human dynamics and some  fascinating war stories as 
well.  Our presenters even treated us to a  delicious lunch, and KZR provided 
space in its lovely new conference  room.  A collegial, win-win Gotham 
meeting.
