 *   Responsible for computer conversion from Peachtree to Elite software and Pro Law Software
 *   Handle all aspects of accounts payable and receivables
 *   Monthly bank reconciliations, operating and escrow accounts
 *   Prepare all monthly billing for law firm
 *   Preparation of monthly trial balances, balance sheet, income statements
 *   Pay and review all personal bills for partner of the firm
 *   Prepare budgets for partners several residences
 *   Manage partners personal investments and wire monies between investments in the United States and abroad,
 *   Mange all medical and benefits for office staff and household staff , assist clients of the firm with the same.
