[Fredslist] in need of at home physical therapist

Hello along the network,

 

A client of mine needs at home physical therapy.   His frail, but determined
to get his strength back.

He has Medicare coverage, therefore we are looking for a participating, or
non participating (means that the provider has to have a Medicare TAN
number) therapist who could come to his Manhattan home.  His physician will
write the order without any problems.
