[Fredslist] Gotham story

I met Robert Sommerfield at the Terrace Club in the fall.   We had a
pleasant conversation, and that was that.  One day, the phone rings.  It's
Robert.  He's calling to make sure that I saw a Fredslist item about someone
seeking help with grant writing, which is one of the services I offer.  He
even went so far as to write a recommendation on my behalf.  Then, he asked
me to advise him on the format of using bullet points - which was actually
fun to research, and I was truly glad to be able to help.  Today, Robert
called again to make sure that I had seen the Fredslist item seeking
preparation of a business plan - another service I offer.

I can't even think of words to express my appreciation, and that is odd,
because I am a writer.  Clearly, if we ever manage to leave Long Island [ha
ha] and move to Westchester, Robert Sommerfield will be our attorney.
Gotham, its got your back.
