[Fredslist] Child Custody Attorney and Custody Mediator neeed

Gotham - a friend of mine had a child with his girlfriend a few years ago.  Their relationship did not last, but he is actively involved with the child, who he adores.  The two of them worked out an informal joint custody relationship which has been working but with their daughter's entry into school, strains are showing.


He wants to work out a revised custody relationship in a truly amicable manner, thus the need for someone who can help mediate their issues.  But he wants and needs to protect his rights and, he believes, the wishes of his daughter, thus the need for a child custody attorney who can advise him of his rights and help with strategy before mediation, and work aggressively for him if mediation does not work.


I have no doubt that Gotham knows people who can help - - - so....
