Hi to all along the network,

        I could use a little gotham advice. We have a relative whose 
Nassau County home will very likely be sold at auction in early 2011 for 
failure to pay property taxes. This was a family home and there are 
certain personal items, of no real monetary value, that we would like to 
obtain from the place, if possible. We could use a little assistance.
