[Fredslist] Seeking Attorney for Employee

[Robert Politzer]

An employee of mine just got notice that a collection agency has
placed a mark on his credit score for an alleged obligation to HSBC
bank from a previous company of ours.
If in fact there is such money owed to HSBC, it would not be owed by
our employee who was neither an officer nor a signer on the account.
Our employee would prefer to work with someone on a contingency basis
for this lawsuit against HSBC and the collection agency.
