first floor is occupied commercial

 

AVAILABILTY: All of vacant basement, approx. 10,000 sq ft and 1,800 sq ft on
first floor

 

DESIRED TENANT: Urgent Health Care Facility

 

POTENTIAL: Client may want to partner on future Article 28 application
