Hello Gothamites!

We are a 3 year old firm, growing and looking to add an essential
member to our team.  The right person is someone currently working for
a retained executive search firm who wants to go off on their own or
someone who has been in sales for an executive search firm in the
past.  A great entrepreneurial spirit is essential!
 
Currently we have a mix of contingent and retained business and our
goal is to become 100% retained.

Here is a brief description of our firm:
ExecuSource is unlike any other recruiting firm.  We apply new
technologies and ways of doing business to one of the oldest
industries in existence.  We combine social networking, cloud
computing and collaboration with an emphasis on relationships and
delivering the right candidate to our clients.  
 
We work with companies in two ways: 1) on a retained basis to fill
executive positions in IT, Finance or Operations or 2) as a niche
vendor to work on a contingent basis for senior level positions in any
of the aforementioned areas.  We work in the Financial Services,
Pharmaceutical and Interactive verticals.
