[Fredslist] Medicare/Private insurance-what to do

I have gotten nowhere trying to set up an appointment with someone in city, state and national govt who can discuss with me my circumstances vis a vis medicare and private insurance. I need good advice on this subject and the deadline is near. Anyone I can call tomorrow?
