[Fredslist] Verizon business connection?

Hi everyone,
I found an office and I am in the negotiations phase. If you have ever done this I know I have your sympathy.  I  need a name of someone at Verizon who will take care of phone/data cable installation as well as buying or leasing phones. Everyone tells me that Verizon is a nightmare to deal with so I would like a "name"
