Can you help?
A medical call center is looking for a 5-year fixed term loan in the amount of $665,000 plus a line of credit of $150,000.
They have been in business for 30 years and employ about 150 people (most on long island, some out of state).
They have always paid their loans and line of credit on time.
They have a strong income statement.
The issue is that the owner takes a lot of money out of the business which does not leave it with much equity.
The business is strong and they have a solid customer base.
They have already talked to a few "well known" banks and were unsuccessful.
