[Fredslist] need a mental health expert in Florida..emergency

I am looking for a person that knows the mental health laws really well in
the state of Florida and the Ft Lauderdale area ( in case there are county
laws as well) specifically to advise a family

about involuntary commitment of an individual that may be classified as a
danger to himself and others but has not committed a violent act in that
state as of yet.
