Hi fellow Gothamites,
 
Having attended several "career" fairs over the past few months I began to notice that the organizations putting them together were attracting thousands of unemployed people with the promise of speaking with companies and getting career coaching help. Well, the last event I attended had over 5500 people show up, no real jobs to speak of, the career coaches that volunteered got to spend 4 minutes per person on trying to help them. It was a disgrace.
 
It's looking to me like a new business for many of these "non-profits".. They sell sponsorships, tables, advertising and the poor attendee gets little for waiting on 4 hour lines.
 
Because of this situation, I have put together comprehensive career transition workshops covering resume writing, interview mastery and how to appropriately search for a new job. Each module is reasonably priced for those who need the help from experienced career coaches. See the attached. We have been doing this for a living for years.
 
If you know of someone that needs this type of help or if you know of an organization that would like to sponsor this for their members please let me know. The workshops will be given on a rolling basis over the next few months
