[Fredslist] Exceptionally Bright and Personable Attorney

If you know anyone in the Denver, Colorado area, they would be fortunate to
add Brooke Mallette to their staff.

Brooke is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the University of Colorado, from
which she also received her law degree.
Over the past two years, and as a summer clerk before that, she has focused
on real estate law, and in particular on resort, multi-use community, and
shopping center development and disposition and acquisition.  Brooke also
has experience in other areas of transactional practice, such as creation
of corporate entities and drafting operating agreements.

Unfortunately, like so many others, Brooke has been caught in the economic
downturn and is looking for a new position. She would like to continue to
work in transactional law, whether in private practice, in-house or in
government positions, but would be open to trying new practice areas, as
well.

If you know anyone in Colorado who might be able to use Brooke's many
