[Fredslist] Merchant Card Processing + IVR Provider + VoIP Provider Needed

Hi all!

I helping another client develop a new business.  The client provides
nationwide lead generation services.  Client will itself handle credit card
billing via IVR before turning a call over to an independent contractor for
processing.  Any provider that can package 2 or even all 3 of the requested
services will be viewed more favorably.

1 - Merchant Card Processing 

Client will process credit card charges mostly through an IVR system but may
at a later date accept credit cards through its website on a direct connect
basis.  A personal guarantee is not available.  A Merchant Card Processor
who has an existing IVR processing capability will be viewed more favorably.


2 - Digital IVR Provider  

In response to nationwide TV and radio advertising, Client is considering
implementing simultaneous ring to connect callers with available service
providers.  An IVR provider that has experience in distributed lead
generation processing including through the use of simultaneous ring will be
viewed more favorably.  The client would like to partner with an IVR
provider that could quickly facilitate merchant processing through IVR and
initiate simultaneous ring calls.  IVR will need to enter caller data into a
database and will need to query another database to determine if caller is
on the DO NOT ACCEPT CALL list. 

3 - 800 VoIP Phone Service

Incoming 800 VoIP phone service that can then be distributed including via
simultaneous ring depending upon a caller's response to IVR message.
